Wetlands Club T-shirts for Sale!! Only $15!

Hi Wetlanders!

We just got club T-shirts! They are light blue with black print. On the
front it says "Wetlands Club, University of Florida" with our logo. Then
on the back it says "Wetlands Club" with a large print of our famous turtle! See pics below.

Bring $15 to the meeting to get your T-shirt, or place your order
at the administrative office in Phelps Lab. We already have 50 ordered now,
so hurry to get your size!

Hey everyone! 

Our next meeting is Tuesday, October 1st, at 6 PM in the Phelps Lab Conference Room. We'll be hosting Kim Ponzio from the St. John's River Water Management District who will be giving a talk on "Wetlands - An Avocation for Dedicated Scientists" and discussing what it really means to be a Wetland Scientist and how to become one.

We'll have TONS of FREE pizza and drinks, and will be discussing future upcoming events like the Butterflyfest and trip to Seahorse Key!

Ask a Scientist Day at the Florida Museum of Natural History is this Sunday, September 29th, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM! See below for more details. If you'd like to participate as one of the scientists (anyone can participate!), please message us. Hope to see you there!

Wetlands Club T-shirts available for pre-order!

Hi everyone!

The Wetlands Club will soon have new T-shirts! Shirts will have the classic turtle logo (see picture below) printed with black ink on a blue shirt. They'll be $15 each.

If you're interested, please pre-order your shirt as soon as possible. Just drop off your payment (cash only, please!) with Sharlynn at the main office in the Phelps Lab. We'll only be accepting pre-orders until SEPTEMBER 20th!

Shirts will also be available at the next club meeting, but be sure to pre-order yours before they sell out!
